During the Christmas holiday season, Safford proudly hosts a Light the World Giving Machine, typically located at Safford City Hall, at the corner of 8th Ave and Main St. Rather than dispensing candy, these unique vending machines allow visitors to make charitable donations by purchasing items like livestock, meals, and clothing for those in need locally and globally.
