Roper Lake State Park comprises a 30-acre lake within a 338-acre park. Visitors can enjoy bass and catfish fishing, swimming, paddleboarding, and 5 miles of scenic trails. The park also manages the nearby Dankworth Pond unit for family-friendly fishing and birdwatching. Note: the park’s natural hot spring tubs are permanently closed with no reopening plans.
